No Saved Deposit Home Loans
If you have no savings, but both applicants
have permanent full time jobs and above average earnings,
we may still we able to provide you with a home loan , through our
no saved deposit home loan program.
No saved deposit does not
mean no deposit, and no saved deposit loans are not so those
that have low incomes, or on welfare or Centre Link payments of any
kind. They are for those with high incomes, and a stable work
history, but for one reason or another cannot save the required
deposit to meet are normal home loan qualification.

The down payment required is 10% of the
home value, [net of your closing costs to buy the home], and this
can be made up of a personal loan, the first home owners grant, a
gift or a loan from family. No savings are required as long as you
can meet the higher than normal qualifying income.
